Here's my opinion:

I saw this on Kawashima Umika LJ comm.

It's a reader's poll about what manga they want to see as dorama and what casts do they like. Top two is shoujo manga "Kimi ni Todoke" and "Bokura ga Ita". I've heard about both, but I've never read them. What makes me excited is the readers' favorite casts.
